Fantastic location, great service, superb food.

I recently stayed for a night in a Classic Double Room and really loved the modern decor and comfy bed. The hotel offered a great rooftop terrace and a lovely little spa to unwind in. One small hiccup was some street noise at night, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

The location of Ten Hill Place is excellent, making it convenient to access various attractions and business venues. My room was a Superior Double Room, featuring modern decor and ample space, which provided a comfortable work environment. The staff were tremendously helpful, efficiently assisting me with business-related requests, including setting up presentation materials. Breakfast was a highlight, with a varied selection, including freshly baked pastries and organic juices.

Access to the elevator was somewhat inconvenient.

We had an awesome time catching a show at the Festival Theatre and exploring local shops. The place was clean, stylish, and just a short walk away from everything. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Try to get a room on a quiet side street. you'll love the peacefulness.

One thing to note is that the smoke detector in our room emitted a bright green light, which was quite disruptive at night for those who need complete darkness.

the reception staff were super welcoming n helpful, which made us feel right at home. we also loved that we could leave our luggage there before checkin n after checkout. our classic double room was comfy, even tho the pillows weren't the best. the location is awesome, just a short walk to the royal mile, n breakfast was delicious with a good selection. having tea n coffee in the room was a nice touch too.

but the pillows could’ve been better, n we noticed some noise from the street at times that kinda disturbed the peace.

Ten Hill Place features lovely decor with spacious, well-lit areas that made navigating the hotel easy for a senior like myself. The attentive staff truly enhanced my stay, making me feel welcomed and cared for throughout.

More comfortable seating in public areas would help.

I just loved how spacious and clean my Superior King Room felt, with a decor that was elegantly understated yet inviting. The location was perfect—just a short walk to all the historic spots, but far enough from the tourist hustle. One downside was the restaurant dinner, the food was really salty. We found it hard to enjoy the meal.

This place was awesome! Perfect location near all the main attractions. The staff were super friendly, and we loved our upgraded room with a king-size bed and a lounge area. the Wee Snug had nice prices for drinks. Just a heads up, doors can be a bit noisy, so light sleepers might wanna bring earplugs.

The layout has quirks, like walking through the dining area to reach some rooms, which isn't ideal if you're trying to have a low-key arrival. The room's ambiance could use a lift. the overhead shower setup feels a bit dated and isn't particularly friendly for a taller fellow. Additionally, I ran into issues with heating—didn't quite keep up with my cozy expectations. The fire alarm incident didn’t help, either. it woke everyone up at 2:45 AM and left guests confused due to scattered communication. Lastly, the limited options for toiletries stand out, especially when you're in need of a little extra luxury during your stay.
